- Prior to arrival of the performer have the area clear of tables, rugs, spills to ensure the best performance.
- Upon making a booking with Gold Coast Topless Waitresses acknowledge that we will wherever possible send your preferred performer, however it is a preference not a guarantee.
- If a change of performer occurs, management will do it’s best to inform you of the change.
- Touching of the performers is prohibited unless the performer allows guided touching i.e. Buttocks, thighs, breasts. This however is an individual performers discretion. However, no touching of the waitresses is accepted.
- Gold Coast Topless Waitresses is a booking agency that supplies independent contractors. Contractors are not staff and provide their own liability insurance. Gold Coast Topless Waitresses accepts no responsibility or liability for the contractor’s actions, therefore any injury or damage to any persons or property caused by the contractor is between the client and the contractor.
- No use of phones, camera’s or video cameras are to be used during the performance unless you seek the performers permission prior to the act.
- You must respect and stand by the performers decision.
- Performers will not accept clients throwing objects, insulting or any unauthorised touching.
- Raunchy and X-rated female strips will not be performed in front of other women, these shows are strictly a male only audience You may be required to provide a room for the performer to change into her costume.
- If you are planning a surprise, please let us know when booking. We will organize the performer to be in costume upon arrival.
- You are required to pay your entertainer in cash when she arrives, before the show commences.
- Gold Coast Topless Waitresses performers do not perform outdoor shows on grass or dirty surfaces. All indoor areas accepted, otherwise provide a covered area i.e. Garage, patio, pergola.
- If you break the rules, the show will be stopped and no refund will be given. Please explain this to your Guests on how you expect them to behave before the show. If you have a customer complaint, please call or email us using the contact details provided. As the organizer, it is your responsibility to ensure all guests know our terms and conditions. Please notify us if you are making a booking for a mixed function so we are able to supply the correct performer/s as not all performers will entertain mixed audiences.
